PUCA can help Practices who are struggling with their administrative workload especially around the reporting on patient results. 

 

The process is simple: 

 

1) Practice to forward appropriate incoming results they need help with to the PUCA task team within EMIS 

 

2) PUCA ACP will review the results, and comment/action as appropriate.  

 

This will reduce practice workload, reduce traffic on reception staff and alleviate pressure from the practice clinical teams.
