The Primary and Urgent Care Alliance are experienced service providers of home visiting services for primary care networks.

 

With a clinical workforce who take the responsibility of visiting patients in their own homes, we can see, assess, treat and refer patients who would traditionally be visited by a GP.

 

We offer support to ensure PCNs and GP Surgeries can use existing financial support to maximise the service.
